Antonia Smith, Founder
Hi, I’m Antonia
Prior to becoming a Coach, I spent 20 years working in senior leadership and management positions within retail and hospitality industries, with the latter half of that time operating as a Finance Director.
My core strengths have always been a crystal-clear focus on strategy and how to set the pathways of the day to day business to meet the overall strategic vision. Managing teams and developing people has been at the very heart of my approach throughout my career and I am passionate about getting the best out of people. This road eventually led me to Coaching. Coaching enables me to connect and impact people deeply and bring permanent and fulfilling change to their lives.
I believe coaching is an experience that everyone should have! It maximises the potential of individuals and the transformational impact it can have on a person creates a positive ripple effect across their families, workplace, organisations and communities.
I completed my training with the prestigious Barefoot Coaching Company and I am a member of the International Federation of Coaches (ICF).

Hi, I’m Mark
I have worked in I.T for over 20 years largely in the Finance Industry and most recently in a consulting capacity. Technology is a dynamic tool in the personal development sector and it is starting to transform the way Executive Coaching is delivered and sustained over time. I am excited about the transformational impact that technology can bring to the Dragonfly vision to create powerful change and results in the performance of Leaders.

I feel very fortunate to be part of the team at Dragonfly coaching. I have enjoyed over 20 years working as a Personal Assistant, mainly in the City of London, prior to pursuing my passion for working with children with special needs. I am a firm believer in the power of both personal and professional development and I am a long-time supporter of Antonia’s passion for change. It is a privilege to be able to assist Dragonfly with their creative and organisational needs.
